Terms of service

• You need an account to enrol in a class. Sign in with your own mobile number or email address, and keep the account to yourself.
• Give us information that is true, and keep it up to date — especially your name, which is printed on your certificates.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must set up the account and agree to these terms on your behalf.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

Yoga is physical exercise and carries a risk of injury. Before you join a class:

• Speak to a doctor first if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or illness, have a heart, blood pressure, joint or back condition, or are unsure for any other reason.
• Tell your teacher about anything relevant, using the health notes on your profile or in person. We can only keep you safe if we know.
• Work at your own pace. Come out of any posture that hurts, and stop if you feel unwell.

You take part at your own risk. Our teachers give general instruction, not medical advice, and nothing in the app is a diagnosis or a treatment.

• Class fees are shown before you confirm. Some classes are free.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
• Your seat is confirmed once payment succeeds. Until then the enrolment stays pending and the seat is not held.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees and include any taxes that apply.

• You may cancel an enrolment at any time from the app.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts and we will refund the fee in full.
• Cancel later than that, or miss the class, and the fee is not refunded — the seat could not be offered to anyone else.
• If we cancel or reschedule a class, you get a full refund or a place in the rescheduled class, whichever you prefer.
• Refunds go back to the method you paid with, normally within 5 to 7 working days.

• Please arrive on time. Latecomers may be asked to wait for the next class so the session is not disturbed.
• Treat teachers and other students with respect. We may remove anyone from a class, or close their account, for behaviour that puts others at risk or spoils the class.
• Do not record or photograph a class without the teacher's permission.

Certificates are issued at the teacher's discretion to students who complete a class. They record attendance and participation. They are not a teaching qualification and do not license you to teach.

The app, the website, our name, our logo and the material in our classes belong to SwamiDwija. You may use them to attend classes and nothing else — please do not copy, resell or republish them.

We try to keep the app working, but we do not promise it will always be available. It may be down for maintenance, or because of a problem with a service we depend on. Where it is lawful to do so, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us for the class concerned.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Either way, any class you have already paid for is handled under the refund rules above.

How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms; the date at the top always shows the current version, and continuing to use the app means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Eluru, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
